- All physical items will be shipped in 3-4 days unless delays are noted in the banner at the top of the website.
- Be aware some items require a lead time and will be noted in the description of the item you are purchasing.
- All custom items have a 1-2 week lead time.
- Shipping will be made in the cheapest way possible to you. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Return Policy
- All custom orders are non-refundable.
- Any other physical order you are dissatisfied with may be returned within 2 weeks for full refund, minus shipping.
- All digital downloadable files are non returnable.
Laser FAQs
Q: What materials do you use for laser engraving?
A: I engrave mainly on wood and acrylic, but also do stainless steel, leather, and glass. Custom materials available upon request.
Q: Will the engraving fade or wear off?
A: No, laser engraving is permanent and does not fade over time. It’s etched directly into the material. However sometimes It is engraved on an additional top layer to have "two-tones", this could eventually fade or come off if it is not sealed. This is why sometimes I seal my acrylic with resin.
Q: Do you offer color engraving?
A: Laser engraving creates a burned or etched effect, so it is monochrome. However, some acrylic I carry is two-toned, or I paint the engraved marks and then seal it afterward.
Q: Can I add my own design or logo?
A: Yes! Send us your logo or custom design, and we’ll engrave it for you. Vector files (SVG, AI, PDF) work best.
Q: How long does it take to make a custom order?
A: Current processing time is 1-2 weeks for custom orders
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
A: Yes! We offer discounts on bulk orders. Send me a message for pricing.
Q: How do I clean my laser-engraved item?
A: Use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the material.
